About the Deckahedron App

This app provides a digital version of the Deckahedron, a custom 20-card deck used in the tabletop RPG A Thousand Faces of Adventure.

Each square card has four suits, one per edge:

1. Anvil
2. Blades
3. Crown
4. Dragon

When a card is flipped, it shows a result beneath each suit symbol. These results represent degrees of success:

1. Shadow
2. Diminished Success
3. Success
4. Double Success

Some flips also show a secondary result, such as an XP symbol or a critical hit icon.

Flipping for Results

Usually, a single card is flipped to resolve an action. However, you can also flip with advantage or with disadvantage:

• Advantage: Flip 2–3 cards and use the best result.
• Disadvantage: Flip 2–3 cards and take the worst result.

Once resolved, the flipped cards should be moved to the Discard Pile.

Revealing for Damage

When a character takes damage, reveal cards and move them into the Exhaustion Pile to track stamina loss.

For example, if a PC takes 3 damage, reveal cards one at a time until 3 stamina symbols have appeared. Then move all revealed cards into the Exhaustion Pile.

Managing the Deck

You may reshuffle the Discard Pile into the Deckahedron at any time.

When a PC recovers stamina, you may move cards from the Exhaustion Pile back into the Discard Pile.

Using the App

• Click on the Deckahedron to **Flip** cards into the play area
• Click on the Deckahedron to **Reveal** cards to exhaust
• Click on cards in the **Discard** or **Exhaustion** areas to move them

This app helps streamline flips, tracks zones visually, and ensures that the Deckahedron stays fast, fair, and fun.
